Special Events
As part of the Festival we try to showcase up and coming musical talent. For the 2010 Festival we brought you Benjamin Grosvenor, who has gone on to worldwide success as a pianist, and this year headlined the BBC First Night of the Proms. In 2012 pianist Freddy Kempf will be performing at the Festival.
In future non-Festival years we intend to put on a one-off event to showcase an up and coming talent. Our first such event is provisionally scheduled for SUNDAY 24TH FEBRUARY 2013. Mark your calendars!
