History of the festival
Codsall Community Arts Festival began in 1978 and has been a biennial event ever since. The first Festival was a weekend event based on the facilities at Codsall Community High School, which remains its base today. The length and scope of the Festival grew over the years until it reached its present length of about eighteen days.
