Arts Festival 2020

Bilbrook  Brewood  Codsall  Pattingham  Perton

Sat 14 March – Sat 4 April 2020

In light of the Government’s announcements since 16 March, we discussed our 2020 Festival arrangements with our performers and other providers and jointly concluded that it was not possible for any of our events to take place.  Accordingly they all were cancelled.  This is a huge disappointment to the organising committee and of course to all our Patrons and supporters but, in the circumstances, there was no alternative.
A number of our ticket holders have requested information about arrangements to refund the cost of the tickets, and indeed some have generously indicated that they wish us to retain their ticket money as a donation.  One of the consequences of cancelling all Festival events is that we have incurred significant irrecoverable expenses through the organisation of the Festival.
Download our updated (1 May 2020) Refunds Statement below for more information. In these very difficult times, thank you for your patience.

If you are making a donation to the Arts Festival and are UK tax payer and wish to Gift Aid your donation, please download Gift Aid Form below.  This allows the Arts Festival to recover additional monies from HMRC.  Print form, complete and return to Mrs Kath Cartwright, address as in Refunds Statement above.
